The second in the realism thing. Sorry this came soooo far behind the first.
As beore, please offer suggestions for me, so that I can improve in later pictures.
I will say though, Doing this realism *is* making my fantasy art better. We'll see soon enough.

But I agree with the person up there ^, I do think the nose could be longer. There seems to be a big space between the nose and mouth, though that might just be me. His chin seems a bit big, and you should include eyelashes. Even on guys. Though be careful not to make them look too girly.
I'm liking the shadows under the eyebrows, especially the one on the right. And that you included eyelids/those lines under the eyes... I dunno what to call them.
