Siltyrian Seaport

The discovery of humanity, along with the technology it controlled, along with the discovery of more ores and deposits dotted throughout newly explored lands reignited foreign interest in Siltyria. Foreign interest in further exploration also rocketed, propelling Siltyria into a boom almost as great as that from the Period of Mining, with the exploitation of the Silvetin mines.

What this did for the city was provide it with everything it needed to get back on it's feet. In particular, it's seaport, once largely dormant for decades, seeing only several ships a month, returned to it's mining era state, handling imports and exports almost daily, as well as handling the new waves of immigrants interested in exploring new lands inland and working in Siltyria's new wave of human-inspired industry.
